Two land related Bills are already pending in Parliament, “Land Acquisition, (Amendment) Bill, 2007 & “Land Rehabilitation & Resettlement Bill, 2007” but Congress led UPA Government is trying to establish Corporate land lordship through “Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Bill, 2011” where there will be no responsibility of Government in the process of land acquisition by Corporate Sector and a new era of repression and displacement will be imposed on Tribal, Dalits & poor peoples of India.
